Utilizing a full relaxed breath that originates in the lower abdomen and repeats the inhalation and exhalation without pausing, you are guided in a conscious connected breath along with therapeutic support to initiate your body’s natural ability to heal.

Contraindications
Please notify Spiraldance Breathwork of any pertinent medical history and/or current medical condition including if you are or suspect you may be pregnant, have any significant recent physical injuries or recent surgeries, or have history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack or have had or currently experiencing hypertension/high blood pressure.
Please be advised, Spiraldance Breathwork sessions are not recommended for anyone who has had/currently experiencing:
Epilepsy or seizures
Recent concussion
Mental diagnosis such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and/or severe psychosis resulting in long-term medical hospital or long-term psychiatric care
Methods of Breathwork used in your Breathwork Session appointment may include, but are not limited to, deeper and faster breathing.
