Where: Wild Twin Farm, Freeport, Maine

Details: This offering includes a 45-minute Spiraldance Breathwork Session (accompanied by a soulful musical soundtrack and hands on support) as well as seasonal soulful practices to connect to the element of FIRE- including guided practices with January collaborative teacher, Sabra Saperstein- including harmonic vocalization, fire ceremony and mandala making.
There will be 4 of these mini-retreats offered throughout the year. Each will focus deeply with one of the elements (Earth, Air, Fire & Water) through either guided meditations, gentle stretch, journaling, fire ceremony, and/or nature connection and all retreats will include a Breathwork Session followed by an integration practice (sharing circle) to help you center in your own experience in community.
Experience self-nourishing soul care in the stillness of nature and with the power of your own deep breath connection. Guided by Tania Zuckerman of Spiraldance Breathwork and additional collaborative teachers, these mini-retreats combine ancient traditions of working with and honoring our connection to the elements.
Come to be renewed and reinvigorated and enjoy the quietude of winter and the connection to your whole being- connect to the Element of FIRE (January).
